Going back to Guadalajara, Mexico, why?

The decision to go back to Guadalajara, Mexico was an easy one. Going abroad to a Spanish speaking country and becoming immersed was the top proirity (and getting it for the cheapest price). On top of that Guadalajara (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guadalajara,_Jalisco) is know as the "Most Mexican" of cities & the "Mariachi Capitol of the World". This city contains over four-million residents and has many, many historical churches, museums, and parks. Once arriving to Guadalajara, Mexico last year, falling in love with the city was inevitable.
